Downtown San Diego’s first redevelopment-funded parking garage has been a catalyst for new development in the East Village and helped solve parking challenges in the Gaslamp District. Branded with an historic-looking “East Village Motors” mural, the sign program features a bright color palette and hubcap level markers.
